INDARX operates exclusively through a Direct Fulfillment (Pay-per-order) model. Logistics are decentralized: orders are dispatched directly from our manufacturing partners' warehouses located within the EU territory, guaranteeing rapid delivery times and the absence of customs barriers. As a VIES-registered entity (Bulgaria), we manage intra-community invoicing in full compliance with EU VAT directives, operating under the reverse charge mechanism where applicable.

RMA & Returns Management: Structured B2B return procedures. Our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) policy is structured to minimize logistical impact. In accordance with partnership agreements, authorized returns are managed via direct re-routing to the partner's logistical hubs or authorized national collection centers. INDARX serves as the sole point of contact for the customer, handling all bureaucracy and documentation to ensure a smooth, fast, and professional process.​
