OPERATIONAL GUIDE
Comprehensive procedures for manual data transmission and automated inventory synchronization
Welcome to the INDARX user guide which explains how to use the interactive terminals in order to submit your commercial data, media assets, and initialize automated synchronization.
TERMINAL FUNCTIONS & OPERATIONS

This terminal is used for the manual transmission of your current pricing and product catalogs.
-
When to use: Use this for periodic updates or when a real-time connection is not yet established.
-
What it contains: A secure form requiring your Company Identification, Website, and the data file.
-
How to use: Click the button, drag your file (CSV, XLS, XLSX, XML, ZIP) into the upload area, and click "Transmit Data".
UPLOAD MEDIA (High-Resolution Assets) - Manual Upload

How to use: Upload inventory files (json, xml, url fetch, csv, xls, xlsx, zip, jpg, png) and provide your Connection Credentials (in the additional notes) to allow our system to initialize the link.
-
Validation: Our IT department will validate the protocol and activate the sync within 48 hours.
DATA FORMATS & CARRIERS
To ensure a successful transmission, please refer to the following technical definitions regarding the files (Content) and the protocols (Carriers) used by our gateway.
FILE FORMATS ACCEPTED (The Content)

XLS / XLSX: Standard Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, ideal for complex price lists.
-
XML (Extensible Markup Language): A highly structured format often used in industrial or legacy systems.
-
JSON (JavaScript Object Notation): The modern standard for web data exchange, primarily used for our REST API connections.

ZIP: A compressed archive used to package multiple large assets into a single, secure file.
-
JPG / PNG: Standard image formats for product photography.
-
DATA FEED: A continuous stream of information providing automated updates on product availability.
DATA CARRIERS (The Transmission Protocols)
-
FTP / sFTP: A secure protocol for transferring large datasets between servers.
