INDARX is a web portal coordinated by Magic Deal Ltd (VAT: BG207541754). The company operates exclusively as an administrative manager of the platform and a commercial intermediary for the sale of products manufactured and guaranteed by third parties. Registered office: Sofia, Bulgaria. 
Logistics and Shipping Model: To optimize delivery times, INDARX adopts a direct logistics system. Once the order is confirmed, the goods are shipped directly from our suppliers' authorized points of origin to the address specified by the customer. Delivery times are approximate and may vary based on manufacturer availability and the timing of external logistics carriers. Magic Deal Ltd is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers or internal issues at partner warehouses.
Technical Disclaimer: All products sold on INDARX are manufactured and certified by their respective manufacturers.
As a distributor, Magic Deal Ltd. does not intervene in the manufacturing process and is not responsible for manufacturing defects, material faults, or technical non-compliance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Any complaints regarding product quality or safety must be addressed to the original manufacturer, who is the sole guarantor of the goods.
Prices and Payments: Prices listed on the portal are subject to change. The sales contract is considered concluded only upon receipt of the order confirmation and payment. Transactions are processed via secure payment gateways managed by third-party providers; Magic Deal Ltd. does not have access to sensitive credit card information.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns (RMA): In accordance with European regulations, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within the legal deadlines. Returns (RMA) procedures are coordinated by INDARX, but acceptance of the return and any replacement/repair remain subject to technical verification by the partner supplier. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified or in the event of obvious defects certified by the manufacturer.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: The sales contract between the customer and Magic Deal Ltd is governed by the laws of Bulgaria. For any legal dispute relating to the use of the portal or purchases made on INDARX, the exclusive jurisdiction is that of Sofia, Bulgaria.
