INDARX operates as a decentralized digital gateway (under Magic Deal Ltd, VIES-registered in Bulgaria), providing a borderless sales infrastructure for premium workwear and safety equipment. We act exclusively as a digital orchestrator of commercial flows. While we provide the platform for global visibility, the Manufacturer retains full control and ownership of all industrial assets and certifications, ensuring a clear separation between digital distribution and physical production.

QUALITY ASSURANCE & CARRIER LIABILITY
Since INDARX facilitates a Direct-to-Customer (DTC) fulfillment model, the physical handling, packaging, and dispatch of safety footwear and workwear are managed directly at the Partner’s primary hubs. Consequently, the Manufacturer—as the entity executing the shipment—assumes all technical and legal liability regarding product conformity (PPE regulations), safety standards, and transport integrity. INDARX provides the data stream; the Manufacturer provides the physical guarantee.

FISCAL NEUTRALITY & VIES PROTOCOLS
Our fiscal architecture, anchored in the Bulgarian VIES framework, is optimized for International B2B intra-community transactions. Through automated data validation, INDARX ensures seamless reverse-charge management and fiscal neutrality for our partners. By operating as a digital-only mediator, we eliminate the need for localized physical presence, maximizing cross-border efficiency and reducing administrative friction for the Manufacturer.

DATA INTEGRITY & SYSTEM CONFORMITY
Technical integration via XML, CSV, or API protocols ensures the high-fidelity transmission of product specifications and safety certificates. Partners are responsible for the accuracy of the datasets provided to our digital infrastructure.
INDARX maintains the integrity of the data gateway but assumes no liability for operational discrepancies resulting from incorrect inventory or pricing data originating from the supplier’s database.
