INDARX operates as a decentralized digital gateway (under Magic Deal Ltd, VIES-registered in Bulgaria), providing a borderless sales infrastructure for premium workwear and safety equipment. We act exclusively as a digital orchestrator of commercial flows. While we provide the platform for global visibility, the Manufacturer retains full control and ownership of all industrial assets and certifications, ensuring a clear separation between digital distribution and physical production.

QUALITY ASSURANCE & CARRIER LIABILITY
Since INDARX facilitates a Direct-to-Customer (DTC) fulfillment model, the physical handling, packaging, and dispatch of safety footwear and workwear are managed directly at the Partner’s primary hubs. Consequently, the Manufacturer—as the entity executing the shipment—assumes all technical and legal liability regarding product conformity (PPE regulations), safety standards, and transport integrity. INDARX provides the data stream; the Manufacturer provides the physical guarantee.

FISCAL NEUTRALITY & VIES PROTOCOLS
Our fiscal architecture, anchored in the Bulgarian VIES framework, is optimized for International B2B intra-community transactions. Through automated data validation, INDARX ensures seamless reverse-charge management and fiscal neutrality for our partners. By operating as a digital-only mediator, we eliminate the need for localized physical presence, maximizing cross-border efficiency and reducing administrative friction for the Manufacturer.

DATA INTEGRITY & SYSTEM CONFORMITY
Technical integration via XML, CSV, or API protocols ensures the high-fidelity transmission of product specifications and safety certificates. Partners are responsible for the accuracy of the datasets provided to our digital infrastructure.
INDARX maintains the integrity of the data gateway but assumes no liability for operational discrepancies resulting from incorrect inventory or pricing data originating from the supplier’s database.
Operational Synergy: To uphold service excellence and end-customer trust, the Partner commits to prompt intervention in resolving any data discrepancies. This synergy ensures maximum order reliability and enhances brand value within the target market.

SHIPPING PROTOCOLS & CROSS-BORDER TRANSIT

Automated freight data: INDARX functions strictly as a centralized digital gateway and data mediator for cross-border commercial flows. Upon transaction clearance via our secure interface, our digital infrastructure executes the immediate and automated transmission of routing, shipping specifications, and tracking matrices directly to the Partner’s fulfillment network. INDARX does not own, operate, or maintain physical warehousing structures, nor does it take physical possession of or handle inventory batches at any stage of the transit chain.

Origin fulfilment & carrier compliance: Under our decentralized Direct-to-Customer (DTC) operational framework, the execution of physical cargo sorting, protective packing, labeling, and final dispatch is managed entirely within the specialized distribution hubs of our certified Manufacturing Partners. Consequently, the Partner—as the sole entity executing physical dispatch—retains full operational, technical, and legal liability regarding carrier selection, physical transit safety, and absolute conformity with international transport regulations.

Intra-EU transits & swiss DDP validation: International transits moving through the Bulgarian VIES framework or routed into Extra-EU territories (including Swiss DDP operations) rely exclusively on the data accuracy provided by the supplying Partner's infrastructure. The logistical obligation to generate authentic customs datasets, declare proper commodity codes, and secure international safety clearances rests solely with the partner hub executing the physical shipment. INDARX limits its liability to high-fidelity data transmission and assumes zero administrative or operational responsibility for physical border discrepancies, custom holds, or freight carrier delays.
