OPERATIONAL & LOGISTICS STANDARDS FOR PARTNERS

Brand Transparency and Document Flow

We recognize the value and origin of the brands we handle, which are a cornerstone of our offering. However, to ensure proper separation of commercial roles:​

  • B2B Invoicing: The purchase invoice between the Goods Producer / Supplier and INDARX must remain strictly confidential and must never be included in the package sent to the end customer.

  • Final Invoicing: INDARX will directly manage the sending of the sales invoice to the end customer. The end consumer shall not bee able to see the purchase invoice between INDARX and the partner (Goods Producer / Supplier). The purchase invoice (between the Goods Provider / Supplier and INDARX) shall not be inside the package.

Direct-to-Customer Distribution Model 

To ensure the fastest delivery times and optimize supply chain flows, INDARX adopts an integrated logistics model. The partner undertakes to manage the fulfillment of orders transmitted by INDARX by shipping the products directly from its logistics hub to the final destination address provided for each individual transaction. This process eliminates unnecessary intermediate steps, guaranteeing the end customer excellent service standards in line with the value of the premium brands we carry.​           

 

Real-Time Inventory Synchronization

Given the high turnover of quality products, it's essential to ensure maximum inventory accuracy. We require our partners to define a constant update method (preferred options: API, daily CSV file, or access to a dedicated B2B portal) to avoid overselling.         

 

Guarantee of Originality and Traceability

Customer protection is our priority. Each supplier / good producer must formally guarantee that all products supplied are original, new, or / and sourced from official distribution channels. The partner must operate as an authorized distributor or direct manufacturer, providing the conformity certifications required by EU regulations upon request.

Geographic Tracking System

For the premium brands we carry, customers demand high standards. Suppliers must provide an active tracking code within 24 hours of shipment. The system must allow INDARX and the end customer to monitor the shipment status and geographic location of the product in real time.
